In designing this villa, black was prominently featured to reflect the client's personal preference for the color. The approach combines simplicity and modernity, with a playful use of materials and colors to create a unique, yet cohesive atmosphere. This three-story villa includes a ground floor with a swimming pool and dance hall, a first floor with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen, and a third floor that houses three additional bedrooms along with a roof garden, offering both functionality and elegance throughout the space. Due to the very cold weather of the region, the snow melting system has been used on the terraces and parking lot floors. In addition, double-glazed walls have been used for heat control.
