The design of these towers integrates sustainability through the use of renewable energy sources and a flexible layout that can evolve with the changing needs of its residents. By incorporating wind, solar, and geothermal energy, the towers aim to significantly reduce energy costs over time. A key challenge in modern architecture is that many buildings lack adaptability to the evolving needs of their inhabitants. A truly sustainable building is one that can adjust as users go through different life stages-such as growing a family or later transitioning to an empty nest. This adaptability is enabled by the building's flexible design. Furthermore, spaces like balconies are designed to be modifiable, allowing their dimensions to adjust with the seasons, enhancing comfort throughout the year. In this project, both social and energy sustainability are central, with solutions carefully tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the users.
